Set over two levels our bungalow/villa offers spacious, private accommodation for up to eight people. There is a a private solar heated pool, sun bathing areas, shaded outdoor dining and entertaining area plus extensive indoor facilities including a TV room with UK satellite TV, DVD player, books, games and DVDs. Wi Fi internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped and has luxury granite work surfaces and you can dine and relax indoors in the main salon. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms or shower rooms and their own TV with DVD/CD player. The bungalow is brilliantly located for both daytime and night time holiday activities.

The bungalow is situated in Campo Internacional which is between the beach (at the lighthouse) and the town of Playa del Ingles. It is two minutes walk from the golf course at Mapalomas and five minutes walk to the shopping center Faro II. At Faro II there are two supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. It is easy to get taxis from the road outside the golf club. Maspalomas has a stunning beach (and the world famous sand dunes) - you can walk there in about 20 minutes or hop in a taxi. Nearby is the area of Meloneras which has many classy bars, restaurants and shops. Go the other way and you can enjoy the nightlife of Playa del Ingles. If you have a hire car then you can reach the GC-1 motorway in about four minutes making it easy to get to the city of Las Palmas, shopping in Vecindario or days out in Puerto Rico or Mogan. Gran Canaria has stunning mountain scenery and a drive up into the centre of the island to see the fantastic views is recommended.

Additional information about rental rates

  • IMPORTANT:

    Prices assume occupancy of 1 to 4 people.
    Prices for 5 to 8 people are slightly higher (except for Easter and Christmas) but work out less per person.

    Note: 20 December 2010 - 2 January 2011 (inclusive) is available only as a complete fortnight.
  • Once you have contacted us to confirm the period you require is available a deposit of half the total cost secures that period.
    Should you decide to cancel, the deposit is refundable only if we are subsequently able to rent the period you have reserved.
    You may make the initial payment by direct bank transfer/credit, personal cheque or by credit/debit card through the papal system. Credit and debit card payment attract an additional non-refundable fee of 3% to cover additional costs.
    The balance is payable eight weeks before the start of your holiday and is refundable only if we are subsequently able to rent the period you have booked.
    We recommend that you take out travel insurance both to cover you generally during your holiday and loss of deposit should you need to cancel.
    On arrival you will also need to pay a fully refundable cash deposit of £200/€250 to cover any damages and breakages. The refund will be made in cash before you leave Gran Canaria.

Notes: There are actually two living rooms - the living area in the main living/dining/kitchen salon (with stereo system with CD, MP3-CD, FM/AM radio and USB port) and the separate TV room with flat panel UK satellite TV (including Sports and Kids channels) and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite work surfaces. The dining table is contemporary, tempered smoked glass with stylish chairs. The main lounge area has leather sofas. In the TV room you will find a selection of English books and games. You have your own private solar heated pool, garden terrace (with outdoor dining and entertaining area) and eight really nice sun-loungers. Wi Fi Internet access is provided (subject to a fair use policy) - you have to provide your own PC/laptop.

Ideal for: We recommend this accommodation for sun-seekers, activity holidays (such as mountain cycling) and, of course, golfers. There are eight golf courses on Gran Canaria two of which are in Maspalomas. We enjoy an excellent climate all the year round.

Is our bungalow right for you?: We have made every effort to make this accommodation safe and secure. Smoke detectors are fitted, fire extinguishers are provided and exit routes are clearly signed. There is a first aid kit in the property. There are NO GAS APPLIANCES in the property. The outdoor areas have tiles which are designed to reduce the chance of slipping. Please note there are two flights of stairs which do not have gates or any other form of protection for young children. The swimming pool is approximately 1.4 meters (4 feet 6 inches) deep and it is not fenced off. A life ring is provided. We happily accept parties including children, however it is the responsibility of the adults in the party to ensure the welfare of those children at all times.

A wonderfully spacious, contemporary bungalow beautifully furnished with all the facilities/luxuries one would expect to find in any 1st class accommodation. Very good location on a quite development with all amenities within walking distance. Wide selection of good value restaurants. Everything you need for a very relaxing holiday. Ideal for both families and couples. RECOMMENDED. The Haywood Family.

On behalf of us all I want to thank you both for such a fantastic trip. I've previously said it, but finding two people who put so much time and effort into ensuring their guests have a perfect holiday is so refreshing.

Working in travel I come across a lot and nothing phases me now but seeing how much care, attention and love has gone into the villa really did make me stand back and be thankful that there are still people with a genuine passion left in the industry.

I really do look forward to our next trip and will be in touch to check dates when I know when that will be.

Luxurious and well thought out home from home

The villa is in a lovely quiet and very well maintained area. Residential mainly with modern apartments near by that has a handy shop just across the road. Only 5 mins walk from a large shopping centre with eateries and 3 euros in a taxi to main yumbo, kasbah nightlife. Yon need not go out with a sky television and dvd facility in each bedroom. Teenagers could take playstation and use large flat screen tv to play on in seperate tv room with large corner comfy sofa. Neighbours are residents so you do have to be mindful of that. Perfect break. Planning to try and go back next year. The owners kept regular contact with me before arriving due to our flights being changed a week or so before departure. This is always reasurring.They left a welcome pack for us and managed to offer us several hours more time in the villa due to late night flight return. Very hospitipal.

First holiday abroad August 2008

I had never been abroad before and I went with 6 of my relatives on a girls holiday and I was not disappointed. The owners met us on arrival and we were given star treatment, shown around the Villa and immediately given the information to explore the area. The taxi service was very good and the language barrier was not a problem, I was able to make myself understood, using the information provided by the owners. The villa had everything to hand that you could wish for it was exceptional!!! It felt like home. There were so many choices for dining out and the entertainment was mindblowing I loved it!!! I would definately recommend it to others so much so that I am now planning my return for next year.

Best Villa We've Rented in Gran Canaria

We rented this villa for a weeks stay for 7 adults in June 2008. The property has been recently renovated and is maintained to a really excellent standard with all the facilities you could want, and a few more that you probably didn't know you'd want. The owners are really friendly, helpful and on hand when you need them. The location is great, a residential area which is generally peaceful during the day, yet is really close to Faro and other commercial centres. The solar heated pool was great in the Summer, although could be a little cooler out of the summer season. The generous welcome pack we received on arrival was gratefully received when we arrived after midnight on our first night. We would all definitely rent this villa again and would recommend it to others.
