'Casa Cisne' is a very spacious, well maintained resort managed property enjoying an excellent central position on the prestigious 'Parque da Floresta Golf and Leisure Resort' on the relatively unspoiled Western Algarve. The villa recently underwent an extensive refurbishment programme and amongst many other improvements new bathrooms, kitchen and utility room were fitted. This south facing villa has a very private position, large rooms, larger than average swimming pool, an outdoor BBQ and lawned gardens. The property which sits alongside the 12th fairway, commands superb views of the golf course and national park with glimpses of the ocean beyond. 'Casa Cisne' is sufficiently spacious for 2 families to reside in comfort whilst smaller parties can sometimes enjoy reduced rates outside school holidays. Villa guests are able to enjoy a 40% reduction on green fees. A wood burning stove and electric radiators provide heating during the winter season.

Parque da Floresta is set amongst glorious countryside rich in wild flowers and eucalyptus whilst the nearest beach is just a 5 minutes drive away. There are numerous unspoiled coves, cliffs and sandy beaches in the locality. The beautiful bay at Zavial is popular with surfers and body boarders whilst marvellous cliff top walks can be easily accessed. The charming fishing villages of Salema and Burgau with their delightful beaches, whitewashed cottages and local restaurants are just a short drive away. The vibrant, historic town of Lagos is an easy 20 mins drive to the east whilst the wild and rugged Cape St. Vincent, the most westerly point in mainland Europe, lies 30 min to the west.

The Resort: The resort's extensive range of sports and leisure facilities include tennis courts, bowls, archery, an 18 hole golf course and a golf driving range. Mountain bikes are also available for hire giving access to the swathes of surrounding countryside. The resort's superb 'SPA' facilities include an outdoor heated swimming pool, a beauty salon, and a well equipped gymnasium. The 'Spike Bar' provides a popular social venue for golfers and villa guests. During school holidays a 'Fun Club' is organised for youngsters. Older children are also able to attend a wide range of supervised activities. Both formal and informal dining is available on resort.

Have just returned from Portugal and would have no hesitation in recomending this lovely villa.It is in a elevated position with beautiful views of the golf course and beyond.The villa is well equiped and standards high.
We had a great holiday and will return.
Only downside which isn't the owner fault is golf is quite expensive even with discount,but my husband played in a couple of competitions and had a great time,everyone very friendly.
Owner very helpful and good information given about where to eat out,particulary liked Salema good choice and not expensive,also well stocked supermarket two minutes from complex.
Thanks look forward to coming back
