What to see:
In the village the 18th C Abbey with its Gothic church is an impressive building. The street museum depicts 20th c. rural life.25 panels placed in the vicinity of their illustration is an invitation to compare past & present village life.
A highly -regarded Music Festival and other local fêtes or entertainments take place during the season.
Wine storerooms, a cheese-making farm are open to visitors -Pontlevoy is very well-situated for lovely outings.

Accommodations:
Both accommodations are attractive, clean, comfortable, well-furnished and pleasant to live in.
In a nut shell: Cottage Les Roses: is a really attractive small cottage in a remarkably unspoilt, peaceful rural setting, suitable for one person or a couple.
Cottage Jonquilles: is a tastefully decorated cottage, very spacious, ideal for a couple with or without friends or for a family (gathering ) sharing 2 bedrooms, one of them having one twin bedroom with doubles.
The paved terrace, flooded with sunshine, is a plus. Parking is available in the yard.
Miscellaneous :
You have access to the owner's garden to play pétanque, dry your clothes on the lines or barbecuing around a stone table among wild flowers. For barbecuing, please bring your own equipment or hire ours.
In both cottages: 2 files are provided; one illustrated with 14 suggested routes, places of interest, and the other one with bi-lingual notes on the inventory, the village, the area and outdoor activities. A mini tourist office room is available for viewing brochures and preparing your outings.
Tuition in French is available if needed. The owner, ibilingual, a former French lecturer with a wealth of teaching experience in the UK is offering tailor-made courses to children and adults whatever their level. A new service for house hunters in the area is offered. The owner is able to advise and help you to understand documents, meet people, go with you to selected places to visit houses for sale and if requested to liaise with estate agents and solicitors, to make it easier for you
