Enjoy this home from home accommodation, set in 1.5 acres of well-maintained gardens, with the added pleasure of a heated swimming pool. It is tranquil and secluded, with nothing to spoil the piece and quiet, except the sweet singing of the birds. Forget about packing everything but the kitchen sink, just bring yourselves, the rest will be here for you to enjoy. The kids will love it, and grown ups you may get a look in! Adjacent to the cottage is a barn, which has been recently renovated to a Snooker Room. This room is home to a full size snooker table, table tennis, and darts board. Nearest Airport: Dinard at 65 Miles
Nearest Ferry: St Malo at 60 Miles
Car: necessary
Situated in the Southwest of Normandy, the nearest town is Gorron. Wednesday is market day, and offers every amenity including banks and supermarkets. St. Hilaire is only 15 minutes drive away and offers a lot more choice, and a bigger market also held on a Wednesday. There is an abundance of history around all within approximately one and a half hours drive. These include The D-day landing beaches and the Battle of Normandy, The American Cemetery, Le Mont St. Michel. The walled town and port of St. Malo, Dinan, Dinard and the medieval town of Fougères are all worth a visit. Jersey, Guernsey & Sark are a 1 hour and 10 min boat ride from St Malo.

We would like to thank you both so much for the rental of your property last week, you have a wonderful home and we had a great time spending our holiday there. The weather wasn't too bad during the week, so the boys managed to get in the pool most days and they loved playing in the garden, Lewis loved the trampoline and James re-enacted moms and dads at dinner times in the Wendy-house.

We all had a wonderful week and would like to thank you both again for the rental of your home, you must be so proud of the work that you have done to the house as it provides a very warm and friendly atmosphere.

Many thanks once again, your home provided us with the relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
