You will also find a washer and dryer, air conditioning, fans. To reach the second floor you will walk up a set of original marble stairs which will evolve into a modern winding stairways. There you will find a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen, just off a beautiful dinning area facing a balcony that overlooks San Jose Street and wireless internet. You will walk down a 'translusent" floored hallway to the bedroom with a full size futton that sleeps 2, and another full bathroom. On the third floor is the master bedroom with a queen size bed that sleeps 2, with a private terrace. A walking closet and again a full bathroom which features a Jacuzzi tub. Last but surely not least is the fourth level, which is a large open terrace with a cooling outside shower and a 360 degree view of Old San Juan City.
In the most exclusive part of town, this fantastic house located just minutes by foot as old cobbled stones streets direct your feet to some of the best restaurants ever, bars, world wide known shops, as well as those little known shops and beautifull buildings that have survive the times and emerge into an exciting 21st century. See the enchanting "Old San Juan Fort's", museums and many other historical sites. Don't dare miss the sites of legends found in the walls of "Del Morro" and "San Cristobal", forts built to protect this beautiful island centuries ago and leave it for the world to share. Then as night falls clubs of discos dancing and casinos come alive with laughter and music. For more or the same, travel just a ten minutes drive to Condado and Isla Verde. During the day walk to a nearby secret beach "La Pocita" located in front of the Capitol Building and on the other side of the town feast your eyes on the majestic cruise ships as they arrive and depart the piers of the "San Juan Waterfront" bay during the day and nights.
