Wonderfully furnished and upgraded 3 Bed/3 Bath top floor condo with beautiful unobstructed marsh/sunset views - 1,400 Sq foot paradise all on one floor - Spectacular marsh views from living area, master BR, and fully screened porch. A short walk or bike to Folly shops, restaurants, beach and pier. Minutes by car to historic Charleston. Beds: King (MBR), Queen, Twin/Full Bunk Bed. Three full baths. Jacuzzi in master bath to relax in. Private pool with cabana area. Well equipped kitchen with all the cookware needed, and granite counter tops. TV/DVD/CD/STEREO in family room - TV in all three bedrooms.
Whether you're a family or a few couples, this luxurious beach home is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of Folly Beach -
King-size bed in the master bedroom with Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower. Queen-size bed in first guest room, with a private tub/shower bath. Third bedroom sleeps two/three additional guests on twin/full bunk bed, with attached bath/shower. (sleeps six/seven total). Ceiling fan in Master.
Only a short walk to the beach (about ten minutes), and even shorter walk to the wonderful beach town of Folly Beach, with its share of restaurants, ice cream parlors, stores, ‘beachy’ bars and much more. Beautiful historic downtown Charleston is only a ten-fifteen minute drive where fine dining and sightseeing are a must!
50% DEPOSIT DUE TO RESERVE UNIT FOR PEAK SEASON ADVANCED BOOKINGS. BALANCE WILL BE CHARGED TO CREDIT CARD 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. ALL OTHER RESERVATIONS REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT TO SECURE THE UNIT.
