Beds: King (MBR), Queen, Twins, and Queen Sleep Sofa. Three full baths. Jacuzzi in master bath to relax in. Private pool with cabana area. Well appointed kitchen with all new cookware, small appliances and granite counter tops. Hardwood floors throughout the hall, kitchen and living room. Ceramic tile in all three bedrooms and baths. This is a newly updated, furnished, luxury condominium in Folly Beach, South Carolina. This lovely three bedroom, three full bath home has wonderful amenities that will guarantee you a comfortable and memorable stay.
King-size bed in the master bedroom with Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower. Queen-size bed in first guest room, with a private tub/shower bath. Third bedroom sleeps two additional guests on two twin beds, with attached bath/shower. Sofa in living room has a powered queen air-pillowed mattress as well (sleeps eight total). Ceiling fans/lights in all three bedrooms, kitchen and living room.
Only a short walk to the beach (about ten minutes), and even shorter walk to the wonderful beach town of Folly Beach, with its share of restaurants, ice cream parlors, stores, ‘beachy’ bars and much more. Beautiful historic downtown Charleston is only a ten-fifteen minute drive where fine dining and sightseeing are a must!
50% DEPOSIT DUE TO RESERVE UNIT FOR PEAK SEASON ADVANCED BOOKINGS. BALANCE WILL BE CHARGED TO CREDIT CARD 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. ALL OTHER RESERVATIONS REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT TO SECURE THE UNIT.
