This custom home is located between the 4th green and the 5th tee box of the Currituck Club’s Rees Jones 18 hole golf course, making it the perfect retreat for those who enjoy the game. Play the course yourself, take advantage of the golf membership and enjoy preferred tee times and reduced rates or simply gaze out the large picture windows across the manicured greens and pond and observe the artistry of others. Spend time outside relaxing in the private pool (10' x 24') and hot tub, cool off in the outside shower and fire up the gas grill for the evening meals. Inside amenities such as a wet bar, wireless internet and game room let you enjoy all of the creature comforts while having fun with the entire family. When you stay in this vacation home you can also take pleasure in the variety of community amenities such as the seasonal trolley service, beach valet, community pools, tennis, volleyball, basketball, fitness center, game room and Clubhouse with on-site dining.
