Located on the 13th fairway of the Currituck Club’s Rees Jones golf course this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home has something for everyone. Golfers will enjoy preferred tee times and discounted rates with the golf membership. Kids love splashing in the private pool (11' x 25'), playing the Playstation and challenging one another in the game room which has a full size pool table. Adults will enjoy soaking in hot tub or lounging in the tower room on cozy furniture and gazing across the plush course. A fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space for seating and a large dining table make all meals enjoyable. The living room offers a large TV, DVD player and gas fireplace. Many rooms boast deck access to the various sundecks and screened-in porch. Guests of this home also enjoy the complimentary trolley service to the beach access, beach valet, community pool and tennis courts, fitness center, Clubhouse and all of the wonderful amenities one can experience when they stay in the northern beaches premier gated community.
