This home’s prime location is only rivaled by the quantity and quality of its amenities. “Tranquility Farms" offers an amazing outdoor area complete with a private pool (12' x 24' with pool heater seasonally available), an eight (8) person hot tub that is linked by a waterfall and fountains, outdoor stereo system, outdoor bar and outdoor shower. Enjoy lounging in the sun or relax in the shade in the vaulted ceiling screened-in porch that overlooks this fantastic outdoor area. Downstairs the kids rule where renovations have just been completed to offer a game room with separate space on the mid level that has a wet bar and pool table. Parents will be pleased with the ease of mobility that the elevator offers and the oversized master bathrooms that feature over-sized showers a soaking garden tub and jacuzzi. The spacious open kitchen features granite countertops, prep sink, and ample counter bar space for everyone to gather. Upstairs the comfortable great room boasts a gas fireplace, large TV, surround sound, stereo system, plenty of seating and the ideal location for sunset viewings from the large decks. “Tranquility Farms" offers the perfect space for a family vacation in one of Corolla’s most desirable communities.
