Perched on a dune this high elevation Oceanside home offers panoramic ocean views of the Atlantic! Located in Section “D" of the Ocean Sands neighborhood in Corolla this delightful retreat sits conveniently located approximately 100 yards to the community beach access. The entire family (including your beloved family dog) will enjoy this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a fully equipped kitchen that has recently been upgraded with granite countertops, fresh décor and a 32 inch plasma HDTV with HBO and Showtime in the living room. Spend days relaxing on the wide sandy beaches in front of this home, lounging by the private pool (11' x 26') with a seasonal heater option or soaking in the 5 person hot tub. Kids love the Nintendo Game Cube and active guests can enjoy a game of tennis on the nearby community tennis courts or hop on one of the three adult bikes for a ride to nearby shopping and restaurants. “Salt Eire" puts you in relaxation mode but if work calls and a connection is needed free high speed wireless internet and a HP color printer/ fax/ copier are provided for your use. Family, Friends, Fido and Fun reign at “Salt Eire."
