Ocean and Golf Views in Gated Community "The Cat Nap House" is a jewel in the heart of the gated community of the Currituck Club. Perched on the 1st Fairway of the Rees Jones golf course this home which was built in 2007 and is an oasis for the entire family to enjoy. The backyard patio is a delightful gathering spot with its large stone fireplace, hot tub and gas grill. Inside the family will enjoy the game room with its wet bar and pool table. On the top level the large open living space includes a contemporary kitchen, den with plasma TV and gas fireplace and a loft / office area. Several decks on this level and the mid level allow you to enjoy the spectacular views that abound here.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
