These villas have split floor plans, with a living room off of each bedroom including a full bathroom and private decks, making it easy to house two families! Convenient sliders open off the main living room, where you can enjoy listening to nature's sounds while grilling up a tasty dinner on the gas grill. Enjoy viewing a sporting event or movie on the flat screen TV in the living room off the kitchen/bar area, creating a fun entertaining spot, perfect for cooking and visiting. The newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, creates a welcoming place to bake or cook breakfast before a busy day of enjoying the community. There are two identical villas available, each of them sleeping up to eight people, (16 guests total) so bring all your friends and family for a mountain retreat adventure!

Each vacation rental comes with 8 guest passes (with an option to purchase 4 more daily passes if needed) for amenities to the brand new ski and pool lodge, which is adjacent to the tennis courts, an Olympic size pool with water slide and kiddie pool area, Country store, Summit restaurant and bar, playground, basketball and tennis courts. This stunning fun lodge boasts a full cafeteria of fresh food, air hockey tables, pool and ping-pong tables, lounge/banquet area and arcade room. There is also a community power boating lake, beach, fishing docks, snack bar, fitness center and equestrian center with horseback riding trails and a private stable with indoor and outdoor riding areas. Guests must register with the community and will receive a discount on lift ticket rates at Ski Big Bear (the community owned ski mountain), which has 18 trails, 5 lifts, snowboarding, tubing and night skiing.
