This South Forest Beach villa, located at the Springwood Villas, is only a short walk to the most beautiful beach we know of on the entire East Coast. It is also an easy walk to the beach volleyball courts in front of the Tiki Hut Bar at Coligny Circle, where shops and restaurants are conveniently located.
A shared pool and tennis courts are close by. Guests of this villa receive a full membership to the Van der Meer Racquet Club right across the driveway, one of the country's' top tennis clubs. Included in the price is the full use of the Player's Health Club facilities which includes a heated indoor pool, an indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, Yoga, Pilates, Martial Arts and Aerobic Classes, and indoor Racquetball Court, Tennis Privileges on the Clay Courts at Fiddler’s Cove and every treadmill, stepping machine, spinning bike and weight machines that you can think of. This beach oriented villa is a two story townhome design. The living area is a great room style. The kitchen opens to the dining area and onto the living area. There are sliders leading to the patio.
On the lower level is the main living area, kitchen, dining area, laundry area, outside deck and a half bath. The well appointed living room opens to a patio area viewing a lagoon and then onto the pool. The kitchen has been redone and there is ample room to prepare any feast. There is a pass thru window to the dining area. For your convenience a powder room is located on the main level.
A stairway leads to the second level where the two bedrooms are located. These bedrooms rooms are comprised of a queen suite and a bedroom with twins which can be converted into a King/Swing. Each bedroom has a private bath. There are TVs in each bedroom.
INSIDE - The level includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with seating for eight, and a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, two nautical recliners, and cable TV and DVD. Walk out the balcony and down to the lagoon or to the pool complete with large 1 foot deep kiddie pool and sun deck. A half bath and washer and dryer add to the convenience of the main level.
UPSTAIRS - The second floor has two bedrooms each with their own private full bath. The master bedroom overlooks the lagoon and pool. The second bedroom features twin beds which can be converted to a King/Swing. Each room also includes cable TV and DVD.
OUTSIDE - during the day Hilton Head is Bike Heaven. For your added convenience, two beach bikes ready to go to ride over 55 miles of Hilton Head Bike Trails and 14 miles of white sandy beaches. Two beach chairs and umbrellas ready to go!
AT NIGHTTIME - walk to the movies, fine dining, restaurants and nightlife or simply head to the grocery and make a great meal in. It's all right here and once you park you don't have to get in your car again if you choose not to.
