Located on the back side of the Breckenridge golf course in the Highlands prestigious private neighborhood is a gem among our luxury vacation homes in Breckenridge. It is constructed in custom crafted 18 inch logs, with cathedral ceilings, warm living areas and relaxing back porch with a hot tub backing the National Forest. It is a perfect family retreat for which one can relax in the spacious living room area and regale stories by the fire, take in the scenic views from the large picture windows, play pool in the den, or be a part of a conversation in a kitchen and not miss any action.
Discover exceptional finishes such as one of a kind granite and marble countertops and heated flooring throughout the home. The Living Room --with floor to ceiling picture windows overlooking the backside of the Beaver Course, and the adjacent den– will be the main gathering place for your family. There is a fully stocked, gourmet open kitchen with commercial grade stainless steel appliances that will be a delight to the chef in your family. The dining area is attached next to the kitchen and opens to the back patio with a four burner gas grill and private hot tub.
The first master bedroom suite is on the main level with a queen bed, and its own bath with views of of the National Forest. The other master bedroom at the top of the stairs has a king bed, fireplace and private bathroom which features its own Jacuzzi tub, stand alone shower and double sinks. There is also a large easy chair that opens to a twin sleeper sofa in the main bedroom.
The loft area is dedicated to relaxation and entertainment. There are plenty of relaxing sofas and chairs to watch the best sports or events on TV, play Wii, or just gaze at the stars with the telescope along the windows. There is also another sofa sleeper that will sleep another two late night owls.
On the other side of the second floor are the additional bedrooms. One has a queen bed with an additional twin bed and another TV. Walk through the Jack and Jill bathroom to the fourth bedroom featuring wonderful views and a queen bed. The house can sleep up to 12 people very comfortably.
There is a private covered hot tub accessible from the dining area on ground level that overlooks the National Forest. So remote and quiet, it will be a home to remember. Enjoy the golf course in summer, but during winter, the golf course transforms into Gold Run Nordic Center, a cross country ski paradise for all ages.
