This recently renovated one bedroom villa sleeps up to 4 and has its own private 10ft x 8ft pool. Stunning views across the Jolly Harbour marina, hills and countryside from large bedroom terrace as well as pool terrace. The pool area has sun loungers, shaded area, and a BBQ. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fullsize, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. In the extended lounge there are two leather sofas a modern dining table for 4, a flat screen TV,cable, DVD Player, tastefully decorated with modern lamps and pictures. The villa also has a washing machine iron and ironing board.
The villa has air-con throughout a driveway and garage, there is also off road parking opposite the villa, Two bicylces for use with the villa. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a double fold away bed can be used upstairs or down also a foldaway cot is available at the property, built in wardrobe with safety deposit box, ensuite bathroom, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets table lamps, small balcony to front of property and large balcony with outdoor seating and sun loungers overlooking the pool and marina.
