This gorgeous two bedroom two bathroom condo sits on the second floor of Ski and Racquet Club building B. Unfortunately this property is not available until December 1st, because property is currently having bamboo hardwood floors installed throughout the living area, kitchen, and hallway. We are also retargeting the bedrooms and completely remodeling the bathrooms.

The property offers a large living and dining area with a gas fireplace, flat screen and entertainment center. The huge walk out deck is equipped with a gas grill and stunning views to the south and of Breckenridge Ski Areas Peaks 9 and 10 to the west. The master bedroom boasts wonderful views to the south and its own private full bath with his and hers sinks. The second room has two twin bunks (sleeps 4). The second full bath is across the hall from the bunk room and easy to access from the rest of the condo.

Staying at Ski and Racquet Club offers the renters full access to the two outdoor tennis courts (summer only) and the year round club house with plenty of lounging, means and women’s changing rooms, large heated indoor pool and hot tub, and it's own kitchen for bringing together other parties staying in Breckenridge. We also have a completely remodeled 1 bedroom condo just down stairs from this property if your party exceeds occupancy or part of the party requires more privacy.
