French Street Lodge is a very special private residence with arguably the best location of any property in Breckenridge. Nestled on a small hillside on French St. this property offers the utmost in privacy while at the same time offering spectacular panoramic views of the Ten Mile Range and Breckenridge Ski Area. Walk three blocks from the front door to the Peak 9 base area and ski and ride all day from this amazing location.

After a long day on the slopes soak in the eight person hot tub on the deck, or relax in front of the fire in the great room and watch the sunset over the Ten Mile Range. After relaxing walk two blocks down to Main St. and enjoy drinks or dinner at one of Breckenridge’s many establishments without the hassle of finding parking.

The property has a heated attached two car garage, and comprises of three separate levels. Downstairs is one bedroom with a queen bed and attached ¾ bath. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bottom and twin top, as well as another full bed. There is ¾ bath in the hallway. Attached to this bedroom with a large sectional couch, TV, and DVD player.

The main living level boasts a large great room with open kitchen and large dining area. Also on the main level is the master suite with a king bed and incredible views of Peaks 7, 8, 9, and 10. The second bedroom on this level also has a king bed and a shared ¾ bath with the great room.

The third level of this magnificent home has an open loft above the great room equipped with a fooseball and pool table. Adjoining the loft is another living area equipped with a 55" flat screen, DVD player, surround sound and a wet bar. The fifth bedroom of the home is located on this level with another king bed and ¾ bath shared with the living area on this level.

Prepare any meal in the fully equipped kitchen and use the custom natural gas grill on the deck for BBQing. The home has a washer/dryer downstairs and on the main living level. Spend your vacation living like royalty in Mountain View Lodge.
