LOWER FLOOR FEATURES
Our main living area, the lower floor, features a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath, and a large main deck with patio furniture and a gas grill! Tile floors for easy care when coming in from the beach!
* LIVING ROOM -- Tastefully furnished in a seaside cottage decor, this large and comfortable room features ample and comfortable seating, an amore with TV and DVD player. Free high-speed internet via Mediacom wireless router.
* DINING AREA -- Adorable tile-topped table with six chairs for family dining. Additional seating provided with barstools at the kitchen countertop as well.
* KITCHEN -- Fully stocked kitchen with just about anything we think you'll need during your stay. Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, crock pot, dishes and silverware for 12, a good selection of cookware, utensils and glassware, spice rack, and much more! We strive to start all guests off with a supply of dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, tinfoil, Ziplocs and basic kitchen necessities.
* MAIN DECK -- Spacious deck with fabulous gulf and beach views. Patio table and four chairs provide additional seating for meal times or a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the end of a day at the beach. Gas grill with backup propane tank is also provided. There's also a shower on this deck so you don't have to go to the ground level to wash your sandy feet or paws!
SECOND FLOOR FEATURES
The second floor of our unit features two full bedrooms with their own private baths! Excellent views from the balconies. The laundry closet is also on this level, with full-sized washer and dryer.
* BEDROOM NO. 1 -- Queen-sized four-poster bed and updated paint and bedding make this a wonderful retreat after a day at the beach. Private bath with tub/shower combination, TV and DVD player.
* BEDROOM NO. 1 DECK -- Features comfortable patio furniture and has a fabulous gulf view. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets in the peace and quiet of your private balcony.
* BEDROOM NO. 2 -- Also featuring new bedding and gorgeous colors on the Queen-sized bed, this room has a ceiling fan and telephone. This bedroom also has a private, full bath with tub/shower combination, TV.
* BEDROOM NO. 2 DECK -- Another great view of the water, but from a different perspective of directly facing west. All views from Sea Ya! are fantastic.
* LAUNDRY CLOSET -- On this floor, you'll find our laundry facilities as well. Full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. We strive to supply you with starters of laundry soap and dryer sheets.
THIRD FLOOR FEATURES
* BEDROOM NO. 3, OUR KING MASTER SUITE -- Fabulous Master Suite with king-sized colorful "island style" decor make this a wonderful retreat after a day at the beach. Wicker accents and an "island" feel. Television, clock radio, telephone, ceiling fan and large walk-in closet. "Beverage Station" for your convenience -- mini fridge, coffeemaker and cups. Also has a separate a/c unit to keep the room comfortable even on warm summer days!
* KING MASTER DECK -- Furnished Deck overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy our fabulously breathtaking Cape sunsets without ever leaving your private balcony.
* MASTER BATH -- His and Hers vanities with sinks are featured in the master bath. Also enjoy a separate shower and garden tub.
