FIRST FLOOR/PARKING LEVEL FEATURES & AMENITIES
Entry level features a ground-floor bedroom/play room, utility room and parking
* FOURTH BEDROOM -- Our first-floor bedroom features a queen bed and a sofa that converts to a full bed for flexibility in sleeping arrangements, depending on your group. The room has a television, DVD player, and a sliding glass door that heads out to the beach. Uses bathroom on the living level or can share with one of the second-floor bedrooms.
* Outside shower with hot/cold water
* Beach Chairs and a variety of toys, buckets, etc. -- guests leave stuff and lose stuff so we're not sure what all you'll find, except we do promise to provide beach chairs. Rather than fill up your car, you can purchase items at Scallop Cove BP if what you want isn't in the utility room!
* Gas Grill with backup propane tank
SECOND FLOOR FEATURES
* QUEEN BEDROOM AND BATH -- Bright and Cheerful decor and sliding glass doors that open onto a wrap-around deck with fabulous gulf and sunset views. Color TV, DVD player and cable. Telephone and clock radio. Ceiling Fan. Roomy walk-in closet. Private bath with double sinks and tiled walk-in shower. Hair dryer provided for your convenience!
* TWIN BEDROOM AND BATH -- Brightly decorated in a cheerful "fish" theme, this room features twin beds, clock radio, TV, DVD player, and ceiling fan. Private bath with twin sinks and tub/shower combination.
* LAUNDRY ROOM -- Laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. We strive to provide you with starter supplies of laundry soap and dryer sheets.
THIRD FLOOR FEATURES
Our main living area boasts a gorgeous, modern, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, full bath, and a large wrap-around deck with lounge chairs!
* LIVING ROOM -- Modern, clean lines and gorgeous hardwood floors set the tone for this comfortable living area, featuring TV, DVD player with movie collection, paperback books and games. Open floor plan into the dining & kitchen area. Also opens directly onto the wrap-around deck with gorgeous gulf and sunset views. Free high-speed internet. Also located in the living room is a cordless telephone with answering machine.
* DINING AREA -- Comfortable table with seating for six, plus we also have an additional seating for four at the bar.
* KITCHEN -- Our kitchen is stocked with everything we think you'll need during your vacation with us. Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, crock pot, dishes and silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils and glassware, spice rack, and much more! We strive to start all guests off with a supply of dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, tinfoil, Ziplocs and basic kitchen necessities.
* BATHROOM -- Full bath for use on this level as well as the first-floor bedroom/playroom.
UPPER FLOOR FEATURES
The top floor of our home is a master suite oasis with a fabulous private bath and incredible views from the upper-level deck of the gulf and the sunsets.
* MASTER BEDROOM -- King-sized bed with twin nightstands, clock radio and cordless telephone. Ceiling fan. Color TV and DVD player.
* UPSTAIRS PRIVATE DECK -- Fabulous views in all directions. Watch the sunset or the stars.
* UPSTAIRS BATH -- The private upstairs bath is large and luxurious! Whirlpool tub and separate walk-in shower with stone walls. Hair dryer provided for your convenience!
