An affordable property across the street from the long white sands of Charley Young Beach. The condos are either one bedroom, one bath or one bedroom with a loft and 2 bathrooms. Each condo has its own private lanai. The views are partial ocean or garden. The condominiums feature color TV, telephone, washer/dryer, air conditioning and kitchens. At various times of the year there will be minimum night stays enforced by the agent depending on availablitiy.

The ocean view from our condo is spectacular! At the Maui Vista Resort, Building Two is the best building – not so close to the traffic noise, but still close enough to the ocean. The fourth floor (top floor) is the best floor, and the units numbered one through 12 are the best units – because of both the awesome view and the airflow off the ocean. Our kitchen has been upgraded, with slide-out shelving in the lower cabinets, a ceiling fan, and a larger refrigerator (with an icemaker!) made possible by the removal of a room-darkening wall. This is a very comfortable condo, well-furnished and well-equipped, with lots of attention to detail. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
