Kamaole Sands is situated on 15 acres across Kamaole Beach III, one of Kihei's best beach parks. Our 1 and 2 bedroom condos are spacious and feature cable TV, washer/dryer, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with either garden or partial ocean views with large private lanais. Units are categorized as either Standard (Furnishings/appliances may be older, although everything works and is clean, Deluxe (renovated within the last 5 yrs), or Superior (renovated with in the last 5 yrs., highly upgraded with granite countertops, high quality cabinetry, ceramic tile floor, etc.) The tropical grounds are only 300 feet from the ocean. At various times of the year there will be minimum night stays enforced by the agent depending on availablitiy.
