Kihei Surfside is located next to the Mana Kai Maui at Keawakapu Beach and offers one and two bedroom condominiums, each with its own private lanai. The units are oceanfront. The condominiums feature color TV, telephone and a fully equipped kitchen. While there is no air conditioning, there are ceiling fans and the building faces the direction that catches the cooling trade winds that blow fairly consistently to make your stay enjoyable. There are some condos categorized as "standard" which means the furnishings/appliances may be older, although everything works and is clean. These standard condos are priced lower than the other condos. At various times of the year there will be minimum night stays enforced by the agent depending on availablitiy.

This is a deluxe 1 bedroom/1.5 bath unit that sleeps 2 people; there is no sofa bed. This unit is 150 square feet larger than the standard size 1 bed/1bath units. Over the past 5 years, this unit has been almost completely upgraded. The bedroom has a king size bed, and the master bath has a walk-in tiled shower. There are ample supplies of quality fresh linens. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils and other amenities. There are ceiling fans in the living-room and the bedroom. The unit has luxurious plush carpeting in the bedroom and living-room and comfortable porcelain tile throughout the rest of the unit. The entertainment center has a DVD/VCR component, cable TV, and free wireless high speed internet connection. The panoramic view from the lanai looks out over the ocean, the island of Lanai, the Kihei coastline, west Maui mountains, Kihei small boat harbor and the beautiful Kihei Surfside lawn.
