Our Nantucket Venice Florida rental homes is located south of the island of Venice Florida and surrounded by heated pool (heated by solar panels on the roof), gardens and fruit trees. It is a beautiful Florida vacation rental house and has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and 2 sleeper couches.
Our Nantucket Venice Florida rentals has a separate living room, a dining room and an outdoor screened in sitting area (lanai, sunroom) with a beautiful private pool. Also, it features central air conditioning and has a washer dryer plus a gorgeous back yard filled with trees and flowers. Plus, we now have high speed and wireless Internet for those guests who bring a lap top computer.
Our Nantucket Venice Florida vacation beach house is a very roomy vacation home. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2) and nice new furniture including dressers. The second large bedroom has a 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) and also new furniture. Our living room also has 2 sleeper couches (sleeps 2 to 4). Plus, all bedrooms have good sized closets and both bathrooms are full size and have showers. One also has a bath tub/shower combination.
Our Nantucket Venice Florida house rentals is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances and an outdoor screened in patio with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs. Plus, the back yard is filled with trees and flowers and is much more private than a vacation condo or apartment. Our Nantucket Venice Florida vacation rental home also has a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, of course heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines.
Plus, we have a wonderful back yard patio with fruit trees and a charcoal grill. (Unlike Venice FL condos rentals, Venice FL hotels, Venice FL motels, or Venice FL apartments, there is plenty of privacy and room for you!) Our Nantucket Venice Florida house is only a 5 minute drive to the Venice beaches and is a few minutes to downtown Venice. It is also close to the Venice Pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset. And it is also near the pet friendly and dog friendly beach - Brohard Paw Park.
