Our 604 Harbor Venice Villa holiday rental is a very roomy one bedroom home. Our bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2) and nice furniture. Our large living room features Terrazo tile floors and also includes a sofa bed (sleeps 2). Plus, we have a beautiful screened in lanai with comfortable furniture for you to enjoy. Plus, we have a wonderful back yard with fruit trees. This home is available for monthly rentals.
Our 604 Harbor Venice holiday home is fully loaded with nice living room cable TV, kitchen appliances and a washer dryer.
Location, location, location is what our Venice FL Beach rental home offers. Our Venice Florida rental beach house is a 4 block walk to the beach in Venice and only a few minutes walk to downtown Venice. It is also only a 15 minute walk to the Venice Pier and Sharky's where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset. And it is also near the pet friendly and dog friendly beach - Brohard Paw Park.

Amenities: Our Florida home Includes airconditioning, ceiling fans,electric heat, and a washer & dryer. Venice Florida holiday accommodations also includes a brand new color TV, VCR, stereo, CD, phone, full kitchen including; dishes / utensils / cookware / microwave / toaster/ coffeemaker, washer & dryer, linens / towels / outdoor charcoal grill. Note: Beach towels and beach chairs are not included. Large sofa bed in living room. Sleeps 4.
Includes $95 end of stay cleaning fee. $45 Security Damage Waiver Fee. Amenity fee/booking fee is 4.5%. Applicable state sales tax is 11%.
