Description: Our beautiful townhouse is perfect because of its beautiful décor, stunning views, great location, and reasonable price.

Finished in 2005, our two story, 1,800 square foot townhouse has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining room, and great room. The townhouse has fabulous views of the Jordanelle Lake and the slopes at Deer Valley.

It is located across from Deer Valley’s Deer Crest gondola in the Hailstone Development. Our condo has full access to a heated community pool, 3 jacuzzi spas, internet access, exercise facilities, and game room. It also backs onto Jordanelle Reservoir, a beautiful mountain lake. You are literally only two minutes to the lake or the ski slopes.

We are also only 10-20 minutes from Old-Town Park City, Park City Ski Resort and The Canyons Ski Resort. Sundance Ski Resort is 30 minutes away, The Sundance Film Festival headquarters is about 15 minutes away, and the Salt Lake City International Airport is about 50 minutes away.

There are two TV’s each with Satellite TV and a DVD player. If you want to learn more about our condo please take a few minutes to look at our website.
