Sunset Terrace Condo #108 located at 2312 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach, is a newly updated two bedroom, two bath, direct gulf front condo with heated pool. The spacious living room expands into a full length screened lanai directing your gaze out to sparkling white sand beaches and azure blue gulf waters. From the fully equipped kitchen with sit-down bar, you can also enjoy the spectacular views of the Gulf. French doors off the master bedroom overlook the heated pool. This larger unit sleeps six with a king size bed, two twin beds and two rollaway beds. A washer and dryer are provided in unit. Every amenity, including three televisions, two DVD players and high speed internet access with free domestic long distance calling is provided for your convenience and enjoyment. One week minimum rental. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Premium unit under $2000, Gulf side, Gulf front, Water view, Swimming pool, Screened lanai, Covered parking, Internet access, Washer and Dryer, DVD or VCR, Dishwasher.
