The Siboney (pronounced "Seebonay"), located at 3700 Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach, is an exquisite home with a private heated pool set amidst tropical, native landscaping. You can enjoy views of the gulf from almost every room. This spacious property features all normal amenities as well as extras such as a two car garage, wireless high speed internet access with free long distance calling, televisions in all bedrooms in addition to the living room, two fireplaces and whirlpool bath in the master suite. Best of all is the extremely large roof top deck with panoramic and sweeping views from Gulf of Mexico to the Sarasota skyline. The Siboney sleeps eight comfortably with a king size bed, a queen size bed, a daybed and two rollways. This beautiful home is understandably very popular and books quickly, so please don’t delay. It can be rented in conjunction with the Villa de la Playa for larger groups up to fourteen. One week minimum rental. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Luxury unit over $2000, Gulf side, Water view, Swimming pool, Spa or jacuzzi, Patio or deck, Covered parking, BBQ grill, Internet access, Washer and Dryer, Fireplace, DVD or VCR, Dishwasher.
