This one bedroom, one bath, upper level unit has been totally renovated and will sleep four with a queen size bed in the main bedroom, and a pullout couch in the living room. New upgrades includes high speed internet with free domestic long distance calling. This affordably priced unit is perfect for quick summer getaways. One small pet allowed with $150.00 non-refundable pet fee. One week minimum rental. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Premium unit under $2000, Gulf side, Swimming pool, Patio or deck, Pets allowed, Internet access, Washer and Dryer, DVD or VCR, Dishwasher.
