Anna Maria Island Castnetters Unit 6 is a delightful island local located directly across the street from the Manatee Public Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful and totally renovated two bedroom, two bath unit, sleeps six with a queen size bed in the master suite, two twin size beds in the guest bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen has been completely renovated including new cabinets, granite countertops, stainless microwave, side-by-side refrigerator and dishwasher. All interior furnishing and accessories are brand new. A private 10’ x 35’ deck accessible from the living room area includes a gas grill, table and chairs, and chaise lounges. Laundry room facilities are included at no-charge. There is a 30" flat screen television with DVD player in the living room and a 21" flat screen television in the master suite. High speed internet, expanded cable and free domestic long distance calling is included. Bicycles, beach chairs and beach accessories are available for our guest’s enjoyment at no charge. Completion of the pool, hot tub, and BBQ grilling common areas are scheduled for completion in January 2010.
