Minutes from the picturesque town of Kailua-Kona where you will find restaurants, shops, and beautiful beaches. Relax and enjoy the ocean sunset on your private lanai with a full ocean view and overlooking the rolling, lush green Kona Country Club golf course. Play golf, enjoy the beaches, snorkel or take a day trip to the volcanoes. The Country Club Villa is within walking distance of the Keauhou Shopping Center and the Sheraton Resort in Keauhou Bay. The villa sleeps 6 people, and has a large master bedroom with a private bath, guest room with twin beds, guest bath, queen-size sofa-bed, washer and dryer and barbeque on the lanai. The condo has been completely refurbished with fully upgraded kitchen and baths, new carpeting, window coverings, and beautiful new furniture. There is a 7 night minimum stay at this complex & 10 night minimum during Christmas Season. This is a non smoking unit.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
