Located halfway between the Kona International Airport and downtown Kona, this home boasts of comfort and relaxation. The lower level of the house has a double car garage, laundry room with large capacity washer/dryer, family room and furnished lanai with back yard and As you come up the stairs to the upper level of the home, you'll find a beautiful gourmet kitchen, breakfast nook with a fantastic ocean view, comfortable living room, and one of the best spots at the house, a well furnished lanai with a 180 degree view of the Pacific Ocean. An outdoor shower, beach towels, cooler, along with a place to come home to. What more will you need on your adventure in Paradise? We thank you in advance for not smoking in this home.
