Casa de Emdeko, affectionately known as the 'Crown Jewel of the Kona Coast' is an oceanfront complex located on Alii Drive--One mile south of the village of Kona and about ten miles south of the Kailua Kona Airport (KOA). Casa unit # 133 is a 1 bedroom, ground floor, non-smoking, unit that sleeps two. It has central A/C and ceiling fans in each room. This condo is five units back from the ocean. With living room opening onto the lanai and the beautiful tropical garden, you are just steps from the 2 swimming pools, cabana with gas grills, tables and chairs, and the ocean's edge. There are no stairs to climb and no waiting for the elevator. Palm trees, beautiful green lawns, tropical plants, and flowers abound throughout the complex. This is a non-smoking unit with a 2 person maximum.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
