This modern condo with a fantastic view is located in a great neigbourhood, close to major banks, and plenty of great restaurants (Italian, Greek, Chinese, Indian, etc.) within walking distance. Several coffee shops, including Starbacks are just few blocks away. Grocery stores, mall, any shopping you can imagine is all within walking distance. Only 40 minutes by bus from Downtown or go to the Lonsdale Quay by bus (5 minutes) and go to Downtown by Seabus! Walk-in clinic as well as a dentist are downstairs. 1 secured parking spot is available.

550/day; 3,300/week; 9,500/month (all rates are in Canadian funds)
Minimum stay requirement - 7 nights.
