You will fall in love with our beautiful modern 1690 Sq. Ft. family home located in the best location of PML. Take a stroll to Dunn Court Beach; this property is close to all the amenities, including the Golf Course and Country Club. You can spread out in the spacious, open floor plan (great room) of this fabulously decorated cozy get away. Six people will be quite comfortable, either sleeping in the large master bedroom, decorated with a gorgeous rose motif, or relaxing in the exquisitely decorated Lavender Room, both with comfortable queen beds. Or kick back in the charming yellow room, furnished with lovely twin Jack/Jill beds. The expansive kitchen is fully stocked with everything a family could hope for, including a microwave and dishwasher. Unwind in front of the wood stove, play a game or read a book from our extensive collection. For your viewing pleasure, you will find 2 TV’s along with a VCR/DVD and cable. You will enjoy central heating and AC, single level living with wheelchair access and no stairs to climb.
