Southern Dunes is an established and peaceful community comprising of a mix of vacation homes and owner occupied homes. There is an active residents association focused on maintaining and improving the community. The roads are pretty quiet so it’s safe to walk or jog around. As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a ‘country’ feel
Within the community there are 3 swimming pools, there are two tennis courts and small children’s play area with swings and slides.
Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station.

There is a comfortable lounge area situated around the main TV, and a dining area if you choose to eat in. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of today’s needs, such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker. Outside, you will find your heatable pool situated on a sunny deck which is furnished. The pool faces on to the golf course, affording stunning views, whilst also being very peaceful.
