This resort is also located just minutes from Champion Gates which offers two Greg Norman designed golf courses, a large supermarket to cater for all your needs, and various food outlets and small family restaurants. This extremely comfortable one storey home is furnished to high standard. There is a formal dining area and a breakfast nook. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is cozy with an open feel. There is a sofa bed hwich increases the capacity to 10.
The 4 bedrooms are well furnished with 2 master bedrooms both with en-suite bathroom. The 1st master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and a private pool entrance. The 2nd master bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have twin beds and TV.
There's a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with an icemaker, microwave oven, waste disposal unit and all crockery and cutlery are included. The breakfast nook is ideal for informal dinning. The dining room table is a perfect choice for a family style sit down dinner.
To keep the family entertained the garage had been converted to a fully equipped games room complete with a seven foot pool table, air hockey, table tennis and table foosball. A large ceiling fan for additional cool air is also installed.
There's also Cable TV, DVD player with an assortment of films for your entertainment, CD/Radio which will enable you to play your CDs from home. There's even a PS2 with a selection of games, so something for the whole family!
