Walt Disney World is just 10-15 minutes away on Highway 192 and Interstate 4 is only 5 minutes away which will connect you to all that Orlando has to offer as well as the beaches of the Gulf Coast. The championship Mike Dasher designed golf course offers you pine tree lined spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses. The open course will be both challenging and fun for all levels of golfers. Berry Town Centre is right next door and is within walking distance from the home, it includes a large Publix supermarket, shops and restaurants (including family favorite Applebee’s).
This comfortable four bedroom, two bathroom home is cozy with an open feel. The home has everything you would expect from a vacation home with a fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator and dishwasher, as well as having a laundry room. This home has a split floor plan which gives privacy to the master bedroom on one side. The master bedroom has a queen bed and is furnished with a TV and DVD player. There are three additional bedrooms, one has a queen bed whilst the other two have twin beds.
