Southern Dunes is an established and peaceful community comprising of a mix of vacation homes and owner occupied homes. There is an active residents association focused on maintaining and improving the community. As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a ‘country’ feel.
Within the community there are 3 swimming pools, there are two tennis courts and small children’s play area with swings and slides.
Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station.
This comfortable two storey, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is cozy with an open feel. The home is furnished to meet all of your needs while on vacation. There is a formal seating area, formal dining area and a breakfast nook. This home also has a CD player for your musical enjoyment.
The 4 bedrooms are nicely furnished with TV’s in all of the bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed and private pool entrance. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with en-suite has a flat panel TV and a large walk-in closet. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and a flat panel TV in each room.
This home has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with an icemaker, microwave oven, waste disposal unit and all crockery and cutlery are included. The breakfast bar is ideal for informal dinning. The dinning room table is a perfect choice for a family style sit down dinner
