This beautiful five bedroom, three bathroom home is located on the private community of Grand Reserve in Champions Gate. A community of just a 110 upscale family villas, bordered by Lake Thomas, a nature reserve and mature trees. It is ideally situated near Highway 27 and Interstate 4 - both no more than 5 minutes away. Within 10 minutes drive you will find the Champions Gate shopping area where you can find two Greg Norman golf courses, a wide array of shops including Publix Supermarket, a Deli, Pizzaria and more! Walt Disney World is just 15 minutes away on Interstate 4, which will also take you to Universal Studios, Sea World, and Busch Gardens.
