This single-level vacation home is in the desirable Wood Drive area on Lodge Hill and it is within walking distance to the Cambria Pines Lodge and it has easy access to the Highway 1. It has all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay whether it be for a weekend or for a week. You enter, no steps, into a foyer with tile floors extending into the great room and kitchen. Vaulted ceilings, lots of light-filled windows, a large kitchen and dining area with built-in bookshelves and bay window create a warm living space in the great room with fireplace. The main bedroom has a large walk-in closet and spacious bathroom with tub and separate walk-in shower. There are two additional bedrooms and guest bath, laundry room with entrance into the two car garage . The 6,000+/-square foot, level lot is landscaped and fenced and ready for your enjoyment!. This is a Green home
