This lovely three storey town house has good ski in/ski out access,which is a short push down the street to the edge of the Mogul Track, leading onto Perfection Run. The village is a mere 10 minute walk.There is parking in the heated garage for 1 vehicle, overflow parking is at Happy Valley. The garage has a door that leads to a small set of stairs taking you up to the front door of the property. There is a ski locker just to the right of the front door.Onced inside the property you are welcomed with heated slate floors in the hallway and straight ahead is the fourth bedroom, which has bunk beds and a pull out couch, TV/Video and an XBOX 360. This room has no window. Carpeted stairs lead up to the main living area with hardwood floors throughout.There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and electric stove. The dining area is close to the kitchen with an oblong table to seat 8, additional seating for three at the breakfast bar.In the living area there is a rock face gas fireplace with TV/DVD player, stero and cassette player.The stairs from the lower level are to the left of the living area and there is a half bathroom here. To the right there are doors to the balcony where there is a hot tub and BBQ.Stairs located at the back of the living area lead up to the third floor where you will find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2nd bedroom with wall mounted TV, and the 3rd bedroom with window looking up the ski hill.
