Located on Kettle View road this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium is situated on Hummingbird Run with ski in/ski out access giving you access to the Plaza, Ridge Rocket and Snow Ghost Express Lifts.Access to the village is by a 10 minute walk on the road or by the free shuttle bus, which will take you to the Village or Happy Valley.You have access to one stall in the heated underground garage and there is one stall at the front of the unit. Excess parking is at Happy Valley.The unit is on the 2nd floor and is a corner unit. There is an elevator in the building.Once inside you are directly into the the hallway with the living room to the left and straight ahead to the bedroom and to the right of the front door is the bathroom.There are 2 communal hot tubs on the 3rd floor of the building. Both seat 8 persons.
