This is a single story condo, 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished and decorated to please many different tastes. New double paned windows, carpeting, furniture and appliances including a new full size stackable washer and dryer. There is also a lovely patio facing southwest, look over the small green belt to the beautiful heated pool and spa, mountain vistas, and a short walk to the tennis courts. For entertainment a new large flat screen TV, with DVD and CD player. The Esprit is adjacent to the Tahquitz Creek Golf Course, very short distance to Von's, Rim Rock and Trader Joe's and only three miles to downtown Palm Springs.
