There are 2 levels in this townhome located in Happy Vally Area.- just minutes away from FUN! FUN! FUN! - the Snow Tube Park, Snowmobiling, Snowshoeing, Outdoor Ice Skating, Family & Fine Dining, Pub and the Gondola which provides transportation to the Village Centre & Chairlifts.

The property has vaulted ceilings & dramatic double height windows displaying spectacular views. It features geothermal floor heating, an electric fireplace & a loft for anoter area of relaxation.

The kitchen has stainless steel applicances, range with oven, fridge, microwave and a dishwasher.

The master bedroom has an ensuite and the main bathroom located on the lower level has a steam shower.
