$4000 monthly for winter months. Cottonwood Plan just remodeled this summer! It turned out beautiful. Custom design kitchen includes stone tile flooring, custom cabinetry, new counter tops and sink/fixture, new LG Appliances, and recessed lighting. Living room has new ceilings, surround sound, wall mounted Flat Screen TV above the fireplace. Both bathrooms were completely re-done. The master bath is amazing! This condo has two bedrooms and den and is an end unit. New ceiling fans in every room. The views are fantastic. Also includes high-speed internet. Everything you'll need to enjoy the wonderful desert lifestyle. Pictures coming soon!
