This lovely Royal Wood Golf and Country Club community is beautifully maintained throughout, Excellent central location, features a grand club house, fitness room, card room, heated community pool with hot tub and tennis courts. This 2 bedroom 2 bath Condo is equipt with a full kitchen with dinette, comfortable living room/ dining area, King size bed in the Master Suite, queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom, and two private bathrooms. Ideally located off of Rattle Snake Hammock Rd. close to many shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Fifth Ave South, Third Street South, Tin City Market Place, Coastland Mall , Prime Outlet Stores and the Gulf of Mexico Beaches are all just minutes away.
This active and very friendly community with clubhouse and restaurant is a wonderful place for your winter base and close to shops, beach and more....

RATES, INFO & RESTRICTIONS: Nov thru April...$3400/month


$50 Application Fee to Condo Association

Golf Transfer fee is $100 to $200 based on length of Stay & $15 Cart Fee.
The pro shop requires a $500 bank, however any unused funds can be collected from the club house before your departure.

Refundable $500 security deposit due at booking. Rent plus 6% sales tax and 4% renters tax due 50% deposit upon booking and the balance 30 days prior to arrival. Turnday: Any.
