Brand new neutral carpet and hardwood floors featured throughout. The deck overlooking the lake features a hot tub, seating area and access to the sunroom off of the master bedroom. The sunroom can be used as an additional bedroom and includes a full sleeper sofa. It also features an additional dining area with spectacular lake views. The Great room features a LCD TV with cable television, fireplace. The entire house is wireless internet enabled and also has a Broadband connection.
The double garage is large enough for a boat trailer and SUV. Lake Sinclair is just minutes away from all the attractions of Milledgeville, GA and a 15 minute drive to the shopping and golfing of Lake Oconee.
