This condo is located only three blocks from the beach and a short walk to fine dining, nightlife, and shopping. It has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in a 2 story townhouse design. The master bedroom has a balcony facing the interior garden and pool. The condo has air conditioning in each room, hot water and an equipped kitchen. It can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. The master bedroom has a full size bed and a private bathroom with a bath tub, this bedroom has a private balcony overlooking one of the two pools at the Villa Verde II Complex. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a full bed size on the lower level and twin size in the upper level, this bedroom aslo has a private bathroom.This brand new condo is located only a 10 minute walk to Tamarindo beach, restaurants and activities. Come and enjoy your vacations in one of the most popular surfing beaches of the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, without a doubt this is a comfortable place to stay within a great location of just a short walk to the beach but far away enough from the noisy places in Tamarindo. Definitely this is an excellent beachside vacation solution. FREE CLEANING SERVICE INCLUDED EVERY THIRD DAY.
