CASA "Lucky Monkey House 1"is located just a short 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the beach in Tamarindo, made famous by the classic surf flick "Endless Summer". From the property perched on the hill above Tamarindo bay the ocean view is visible beyond the seascape sunset. The ocean view is visible beyond the trees even from the ground floor and the view from the higher floors with up to a 220 degree panarmic view of Playa Grande, the Estuary, Tamarindo bay and even all the way to Pinilla.This brand new three story house is set in a grassy courtyard with a small pool. It has four bedrooms on the first two levels and a master suite on the third level. The master suite has a separate kitchen and dinning area, private entrance, but can easily be combined to the rest of the house by opening one door. It also has a separate set of stairs for complete privacy. All of the rooms and the master suite have king size beds, plus their is a pull out in the largest room on the second floor along with the king size bed (good for parents that want to keep their children in the same room or family members who don't mind sharing). The Luckey Monkey 1 also has a private covered secured garage that fits three cars with a remote control metal door that can also be seen in the 1st photo. Every level has a huge balcony/deck, the biggest one on the first level above the garage.The dish-washer, refrigerator, and stove with oven are all brand new stainless steel. All the appliances, cooking and serving items are tastefully chosen. An arched doorway with relief ceiling leads from the living area to the hall in and the base of the majestic stone stairway that curls around itself as it leads to the second and third level. There are three bedrooms in the second floor. Two identical rooms with king size beds share a bathroom between them and each open on to a rounded patio overlooking the tropical forest foliage and one with an ocean view overlooking Tamarindo bay and the pool.( the forest foliage to the back and side of the house are known to be frequented by a friendly group of monkeys) The third level of Luckey Monkey 1 is the master one bedroom suite with the best panaramic view of everything. Very large light filled and spacious also with pull out couch in living room being able to accomodate 4 people, seperate kitchen and dining area with all amenities for four including microwave and stack washer and dry.Tucked at the end of the street, this is a perfect spot to escape the world and enjoy the peace, quiet, and serenity that await you!!!
